We now service a discriminating repeat client base of more than 4,000 clients throughout the entire West Coast. Our client base consists of high profile caterers, food service companies, event planners, top celebrities, corporate America, and many private home clients.

Total Success maintains a company-wide staff database of more than 1,000 professional servers, bartenders, culinary and event management staff, and can provide anywhere from 1 to 200 staff upon request.

We also maintain an industry-renowned staff screening and training program. Written and instructed by our own Human Resources associates, we require each prospective staff member to complete an extensive screening, orientation and training process. This process includes reference and background check, written and oral questioning, and a 3-hours hand-on training course that covers all areas of event set-up, fine dining, and many other areas of food service and catering. We also consistently maintain each active staff member's profile and field performance, including additional training as necessary.

Our staff are required to adhere to the strictest grooming and attire standards. Each staff uniform is either provided or inspected by our associates before the staff member becomes activated onto our database for scheduling.
